If you are having problems using FLPR, please consult our online FLPR Manual as well as FLPR FAQ section first.

You may also contact us for support by phone at + 1 (910) 399-7073 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. EST, except for observed holidays. In all email correspondence with Technical Support, please include your full name and a complete description of the technical problem you are having, including 1. The type of device you are having problems using FLPR with (e.g. television, mp3 player, custom device, etc.) 2. The brand of the device and 3. The model number of the device. Please also include any customer reference number provided to you by Technical Support.
